Transformed 10 years ago by a famous English choreographer, this 15th century monastic structure still bears the original icon cross on its roof. Built on a hilltop surrounded by meticulously kept lawns and gardens. The grounds are entirely fenced in to provide maximum privacy and the entrance is through wrought iron gates and up a cypress-tree lined driveaway that leads to the parking area. Ideal for children with a soccer field and tree house. The swimming pool is set in a panoramic position just below the Villa and is reached by an external ramp of stairs.

The Accommodation From the hall is a spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV and stereo with CD player. The living room leads into the formal dining room with wrought iron and glass doors to the external covered portico. The portico is framed by open arches and furnished with dining table and chairs. From the portico, down a walkway, is the barbecue with rustic dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with marble sink, gas range, gas oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, American coffee machine. Twin bedded room. Complete bathroom with bathtub and a twin bedded room (beds can be joined on request). Large games exercise room occupies the very end of this wing. It contains a ping-pong table, many toys and a grand piano (the piano is locked and will only be opened for guests who know how to play).

1st Floor Living room/study with beautiful stone fireplace. A wrought iron and glass door in this living room opens outside onto a covered loggia with table and chairs. From this loggia, a flight of stone steps leads down to the garden. Master suite double bed with canopy, sitting area panoramic overlooking views. Ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms with bunk beds will only be opened on request of guests who have children that prefer sleeping in bunk beds (please note that these rooms can only be exchanged for other existing rooms - the Villa will not host more than 12 guests). Two double bedrooms. Full bathroom with tub. Small service kitchen equipped with gas range and fridge. Washing machine available in a utility room at ground floor. Cot and high chair available.

Also available: a baby sitter service lunches and dinners arranged by a local chef The Superstrada that connects Orte with Perugia is at 1.8 Kms. Collevalenza with basic food shop is at 3 Kms, the suburbs of Todi with all facilities, shops and restaurants are at 7 Kms, while the centre of Todi is at 10 Kms. The estate is immersed in fields and woods and is reached by a very good 200 meters of dirt track.
